Miller, who uses the pronouns they/they, is accused of taking bottles of gin, vodka and rum from his neighbor’s pantry on May 1 around 5 pm.

Vermont State Police said in a statement at the time that they were notified of “a report of burglary at a residence on County Road in the town of Stamford, Vermont.”

“Initial findings indicated that several bottles of alcohol were removed from the residence while the owners were not present,” the statement continued.

‘As a result of an investigation that included surveillance video and affidavits, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the felony burglary of an unoccupied residence.’

They were arrested in August and pleaded not guilty in October, when a judge ordered him to stay away from neighbor Isaac Winokur – whose house he stole the bottles from – and also neighbor Aiden Early.

It was granted after the judge found the child faced ‘substantial likelihood of immediate danger of harassment’.

A mother of three and her young children have also moved into Miller’s farm in Vermont, which is reportedly filled with guns and large amounts of marijuana.

The children’s father claims the 25-year-old mother left her Hawaiian island home with Miller in April and took the children without his consent.
