Mom-of-one Ferne, 32, bundled up in a black quilted coat as she was pictured leaving the store with her businessman fiancé, a big smile on her face.
Walking beside her partner, she wore a gray tank top with khaki leggings and Nike Dunk sneakers, carrying a bottle of water in her hand.

Lorri, 31, was always the gentleman as he carried the bags for her, also wearing sportswear for the outing.
The couple got engaged six months ago during a romantic break to France in July after just six months of dating – they met while on vacation in Dubai.

A friend said: ‘Ferne is over the moon. From the moment she met Lorri, she knew she wanted to marry him and have his children.

A friend told The Sun: ‘Ferne is over the moon. From the moment she met Lorri, she knew she wanted to marry him and have his children.
‘They are ready to commit and look forward to their future together.’
MailOnline contacted a spokesman for Ferne for comment.
Ferne has made no secret of her desire to start a family with her partner of one year, saying she wanted a baby before the couple started planning their wedding.
Adding: ‘They are ready to commit and are looking forward to their future together.’
Speaking in September after announcing their engagement, Ferne told Closer magazine: ‘I haven’t thought much about the wedding plans, we’ve made the decision that we would like to have another baby first.
‘I would love to have a brother on Sunday and add to our family. I really want a baby right now, I’m so ready, but every baby is a miracle, and it will happen when it has to happen’.
Looking ahead, Ferne said she definitely wants to have more kids and joked about having up to 10 kids, adding that she wants to move to the country when she’s 40.
Ferne’s first pregnancy with Sunday was marred by controversy after her boyfriend at the time, Arthur Collins, was arrested for orchestrating an acid attack.
Collins is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence after being found guilty of carrying out a brutal acid attack in 2017. Ferne raised Sunday as a single parent.

On Sunday, Ferne praised Lorri when she shared a photo on Instagram on her one year anniversary.
The TV personality looked happier than ever as he cozied up to the businessman during a luxury getaway to the private Soho Farmhouse club in Oxfordshire.
Ferne posted photos of the couple enjoying a walk in the countryside, as well as a bike ride and a roast dinner, before posing for a radiant mirror selfie in matching robes.
She wrote in her caption: ‘Celebrating our one year anniversary. I’ve learned a lot about love since I got into this relationship. Maybe before I had a distorted idea of what love really was.

This comes after Ferne opened up about having an “incredibly difficult” few months, as she discussed how meditation helped her feel “positive” again.
The reality star took to her Instagram Stories to talk about how she’s been helping herself feel ‘calm’ amidst her tough time.
An anonymous Instagram account recently leaked voice notes allegedly sent by Ferne, with one hearing a woman’s voice labeling one of acid attacker Arthur Collins’ victims a ‘silly bitch’, while another saw Ferne accused of body-shaming Sam fairies.
Amidst the voice note scandal, Ferne took to her Instagram to talk about her ‘incredibly difficult’ time, saying she’s feeling ‘positive’ for the first time since.
She again shared a photograph of herself meditating on her recent work trip to India and said she has continued the practice since returning home.
In the photo, Ferne could be seen sitting cross-legged in brown leggings and a beige shirt while meditating in a sunny garden.

In a caption, Ferne admitted she feels ‘so calm’ and ‘positive’ for the first time in months when talking about how meditation has helped her.
She wrote: ‘I’ve been waking up so early. Must be jet lag since returning from India. To utilize my time this morning, I meditated.
‘I’ll be honest, I haven’t meditated at home in a long time. I’m so glad I did this morning.
‘Why do we often put off most of the things that benefit us the most? Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and 54321 commit to it.’
She added: ‘In my meditation, I really just focused on connecting with stillness. The stillness in my mind and body. It’s not always easy, but I didn’t want to complicate it.
‘I felt and feel so calm and for the first time after an incredibly difficult few months, I felt positive. This morning was a reminder to surrender to the here and now.

Her comments come after she took to Instagram last month to share photos from her recent trip to India, where filming has reportedly resumed for her reality show, First Time Mum.
She shared photos of herself in a purple sari as she posed alongside her fiance, describing the trip as ‘life changing’.
In a post on her stories, she wrote, ‘I took time out from social media to be fully present on our recent trip to India and live in the moment. To literally be where my feet are.
‘I feel balanced, I give up all my worries, I keep my strength, I gain clarity, I am present.’
Ferne wrote in another caption: ‘It’s wedding season here. On every corner there is a celebration. A wedding party came and were so excited to give me a tika [sic].’
In addition to posts on her Instagram Stories, Ferne also documented her ‘very special’ trip to India with a series of photographs shared on her grid.
Ferne became a household name after her debut on TOWIE’s ninth season, but left the show in 2016.
