Stacey Solomon has revealed her pregnancy was a ‘surprise’ as she prepares to welcome another baby with husband Joe Swash.
The TV personality, 33, stunned fans last month when she announced she was eight months pregnant with her fifth child in a sweet Instagram post.
Speaking on Thursday’s Lorraine, Stacey said the couple were “grateful to have the chance” to extend their brood.

She detailed: ‘Almost there now, very soon. It was a bit of a surprise, but we’re so grateful to have the chance to do it again.’
When asked how she keeps her busy home life balanced, Stacey added: ‘We do our best, nothing I do is perfect and orderly. I’m grateful to be alive, so I’m always really happy.’
Stacey and Joe are parents to Rose, 14 months, and Rex, three, while she also shares son Leighton, 10, with ex-partner Aaron Barham, and eldest Zachery, 14, with Dean Cox.

Joe is also the father of son Harry, 15, who he shares with his ex-fiancée Emma Sophocleous.
Elsewhere on the show, she discussed how she keeps her own house tidy while helping other families on her TV series Sort Your Life Out.
Stacey revealed: ‘I have very tidy corners. I can’t do it all at once. It’s impossible unless you have a week off. I do one closet at a time.

‘my eldest [child] is happy to live in a pigsty. My medium is very controlled and cannot function if things are not in the right place. The smallest ones I have to sing the housekeeping song.
Not everyone wants to be nice and tidy, that’s how I function, people ask how I keep things organized – I couldn’t have them if I wasn’t organized.
‘Joe is the opposite, he lives a mess he understands. He really goes out of his way to bless you. He is the most amazing father and husband.’

The TV personality styled her light hair into loose waves and looked radiant wearing an impeccable makeup palette – as she prepared to leave the family home in Essex for her appearance in Lorraine.
Taking to her Instagram stories, she wished her 5.5 million followers a ‘happy Thursday’.

Stacey filmed her calling Joe into the bathroom to show him the positive pregnancy test.
As the shocking news dropped, the former EastEnders actor exclaimed ‘You’re kidding’ before dropping to his knees to hug his wife.
‘This is the best news, bubba,’ said Joe as the couple hugged and kissed while reveling in the joyous news.
Joe then proudly held the audition up for the camera as he dropped a big kiss on Stacey’s beaming cheek.
Former The X Factor star Stacey captioned the post: ‘So grateful and can’t believe I’m saying this… Another little pickle is on the way… A HUGE surprise but one we are so very grateful to the moon for and to the back bub @truejoeswash.’
